7 days and 27 emails later and nothing is resolved and they have terrible communication with multiple typos. I've never been so frustrated with a customer service rep before. Offers me 50% off for a new ring in my price range of $100 and it can't be anything on sale. EVERYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE WAS ON SALE! Then I brought this up to them and she told me I could use it on sale items THEN I send her a ring I liked THEN she tells me she messed up and you CAN'T
Purchased a rose gold moon ring and wore it maybe 5 times. It rusted out very quick which was very disappointing given I spent $80. Not sure what these rings are dipped in...
I have other pieces Iv bought that are dipped in gold that are still intact years later. Will not be buying from this company again.

Haven't received the product yet but ordering was easy
I spent $186 on a 3 tier opal ring. One of the opals fell out after 6 weeks and I was told no refund as the warranty is only for 1 month. I was offered another ring 50% off instead, which I declined. Stay away! The rings advertised are cheap and nasty and not worth the money you pay for them.

Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.

I had a great success story and in fact will continue to be a customer! I placed a bundle set order for my birthday, received the wrong ring in the set but I had also gotten the wrong size. They made it right and went so far out of their way! They contacted me and sent me another ring of the same value for free and followed up to ensure I had the tracking. I will be loyal and ordering much more from Moon Magic, I love them!

I saw their products on Instagram and some of the products stood out to me so I did some research on the legitimacy of the company, it all checked out, so I went ahead and ordered from them.
